Subscription charges are billed in advance for each billing period through Paddle.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No additional renewal charges are applied after cancellation takes effect.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be approved for duplicate billing, accidental charges, or technical service failure that prevented normal use.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or changes in user need after successful access to the service.
